Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who have valid internet access prior to the date that the Sweepstakes is announced, and who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Hearst Communications, Inc., American Beef Producers, Elvis Presley Enterprises Inc., and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") and their immediate family members (mother, father, brother, sisters, sons, daughters and spouse) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is void in Florida, Puerto Rico, outside of the U.S., and where prohibited by law. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

How to Participate: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01AM ET on May 1, 2005 and ends on 11:59:59PM ET on July 1, 2005. To enter, log on to www.BeefItsWhatsForDinner.com. One entry per person. ---By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsors by telephone. Entrants must provide a valid e-mail address to enter online. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, misdirected or incomplete entries; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; printing errors appearing within these Official Rules or in any sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, technical, electronic or otherwise. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to void any entries of an entrant whom Sponsors believe has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes.

Winner Selection: Winner will be selected by Sponsors in a random drawing on or about July 7, 2005 from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by telephone or email. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prizes: One Grand Prize Winner will receive: Two VIP tickets to see All Shook UP™ the new Broadway musical, roundtrip airfare for two to New York City, One night accommodations (double room occupancy) at the DoubleTree Suites Hotel and a Pre-Theatre dinner for two at Center Stage Café at the DoubleTree. Value: $1,500 Tickets are for pre-selected weeknight performances in 2005 only.

Miscellaneous: All taxes on prizes and all other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prize except Sponsor's reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release (the "Affidavit/Releases") within fourteen (14) days of issuance of prize notification. Noncompliance may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner. If a winner cannot be contacted for any reason within ten (10) business days, is ineligible, fails to claim his or her prize, or, fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit/Releases within the required time, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at random. By participating, entrants agree that: 1) Released Parties and their designees may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, voice, city/state of residence/ photograph and/or likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification, and 2) Released Parties and all of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advisors, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind arising in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from the awarding, acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes.
